Senior Business Systems analyst to provide process improvement recommendations for the migration of .NET applications to Dynamics in the public sector

Our valued public sector client requires a Reliability Cleared Senior Business Systems analyst to provide process improvement recommendations of .NET applications to Dynamics. This resource will be responsible for being the high level visionary of the client's product and to provide process improvement, gap analysis. and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and support the use of design thinking tools, methodologies and techniques to gather user needs and requirements, such as Workshops;
- Analyze existing systems and understand new needs of the business and/or audience;
- Clarify requirements and segregate them into functional and non-functional categories;
- Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document items for usability and customer enhancements;
- Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information flows;
- Define and document user interfaces for new and existing systems;
- Prepare mock-ups, prototypes, wireframes and interaction diagrams;
- Create designs that align with the user needs;
Must Have:
- Experience with process improvement initiatives
- Experience with gap analysis
- Experience liaising with future state analysis
Nice to have:
- GOC experience
