  3. Coach on leaders’ effectiveness and help solve business problems through diagnostic thinking, effective questions and creative thinking.

  6. Support the development and implementation of HR plans, programs, and tools with business leaders and Global Practices to build and enhance organizational capability.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  2. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience.
  3. Fluent in French & English.
  4. Excellent influential and communication skills (spoken and written) to appropriately manage all interactions and relationships.
  5. Good analysis skills and ability to take a step back, look for solutions and efficiently manage outcomes.
  6. Strong business acumen.
  7. Engaging leadership with the business and with the function including courage, accountability and ownership.
