We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the development and evolution of our products. The ideal candidate will not only be accountable for the product but also actively contribute to the sales process and serve as a passionate advocate for our solution. This position reports to the Director of Product Management, offering a dynamic opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving industry.


Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to market release, encompassing the delineation of product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and priorities to key stakeholders, including executives, investors, and customers.
  • Mentor and coach team members on agile principles, methodologies, and best practices to cultivate a culture of relentless improvement and exceptional performance.
  • Assume the role of a Scrum Master for the agile product development team, orchestrating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while swiftly resolving impediments hindering team progress.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to prioritize feature development and enhancements, aligning with customer demands, market dynamics, and business imperatives.
  • Conduct exhaustive market research and competitive analysis to discern market opportunities, ascertain trends, and navigate industry challenges effectively.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of the product and propel iterative enhancements.
  • Engage closely with customers to solicit feedback, validate product requirements, and drive user adoption.
  • Assume the mantle of a subject matter expert on regulatory compliance requisites and industry best practices within the insurance domain.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory alterations and industry evolutions to ensure product compliance and competitive edge.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3 years as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
  • Strong understanding of insurance industry, with experience working on compliance management solutions preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) preferred.
  • Passion for innovation, technology, and driving positive change in the insurance industry.
