  2. Achieve and exceed sales goals and key retail KPIs (Average Dollar Transaction - ADT, Units per Transaction - UPT, Data Capture, Repurchase Rate, etc.).
  3. Develop and foster long-lasting client relationships through engaging conversation and active clientele management.
  4. Drive business and sales goals by proactively reaching out to existing clients and developing new clients.
  5. Maintain company merchandise presentation standards.
  6. Proactively follow up with customer charge sends, repairs, and holds.
  7. Develop and maintain product knowledge.
  8. Review and analyze personal KPI achievement, actively proposing adjustments to sales approach to drive these KPIs and exceed client expectations.
  9. Support inventory preparation and execution.
  10. Partner with all employees in the store to maintain a collaborative work environment.
  11. Additional responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Previous experience in luxury retail.
  2. Proven track record of successful sales generation and building client relations.
  3. Results-driven and customer-focused.
  4. Strong communication skills (verbal, in person, via email, SMS, etc.).
  5. Strong attention to detail.
  6. Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Moncler includes a reasonable estimate of the hourly rate range for this role, taking into account factors such as business needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range is CAD 19 per hour to CAD 23 per hour.
