TalentWorld is recruiting an IT Operations Analyst in London, Ontario for one of our clients.

IT Operations Analyst Job Responsibilities:
Respond to a variety of inbound calls and emails, providing prompt and professional assistance.
Document all issues accurately and in detail using our ticketing system.
Ensure timely escalation of complex issues to relevant support groups and maintain follow-up communication.
Identify and report wide-impact or potential outages, facilitating quick resolution.
Analyze trends in support requests to identify opportunities for process improvement and provide constructive feedback.
Develop proficiency in additional skills and applications to enhance support capabilities.
IT Operations Analyst Job Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of exceptional customer service experience and Incident tracking tool/ Ticketing tools.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with peers and work independently when required.
Proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications, including Word, Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint.
Technical support experience or relevant education with strong troubleshooting skills.
General knowledge of PC hardware and components.
Experience with ticketing systems and technical degree and/or IT certification would be an asset.
Employment Details:
Salary: $21-$22 an hour
Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly - (On-site)
Duration: 2-year contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Rotational shift
Location: London, ON
