Extensive knowledge of computer networking, including switching, routing, firewalls, M365 tenants, voice (VOIP), and on-premises server and storage infrastructure. Requires practical skills and experience of implementing, installing, and configuring computer hardware and software in medium to large networks.Ability to work in an environment that includes broad participation with all Divisions for the upgrading and maintenance of College systems. Requires good organizational, analytical and research skills. Broad understanding of the network and servers at the user level and can communicate their knowledge to users.
