This role offers the opportunity to work in an agile environment, mentor developers, and deliver high-quality solutions across the full software development lifecycle.What You'll Do:Own technical design, architecture, and development for Android applications.Collaborate with agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle.Drive best practices and improve engineering standards.Stay ahead of evolving technologies and share expertise with the team.Mentor junior and intermediate developers and provide guidance to stakeholders.What We're Looking For:6+ years of hands-on experience developing Native Android apps using Java/Kotlin.Strong background in application design, architecture, and development.Experience with RxJava, Coroutines, Dagger, Espresso, JUnit, Jenkins.Proven ability to mentor and communicate effectively with technical and business teams.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.Preferred:8+ years leading full software development lifecycle projects.Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms.Experience working in agile environments and methodologies.
