We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) professional to join our Enhancements, Compliance & Reporting team within Identity & Access Lifecycle Services. In this role, you will support the ongoing enhancement, compliance alignment, and reporting functions within our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) program. You will collaborate with business and technology teams, ensure regulatory adherence, and drive improvements that strengthen our security posture.Must-Have Qualifications5+ years of strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.3+ years IT Compliance experience ensuring adherence to regulatory & organizational standards.3+ years IT Audit experience supporting evidence collection, controls testing, and remediation.3+ years technical or development experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).Demonstrated experience implementing and managing robust information security practices.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with Workday (HR Data / Access Processes).Familiarity with ServiceNow (ticketing/workflows).Understanding of Infrastructure Access Controls (servers, databases, network).Experience with Tableau or Power BI reporting dashboards.Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
