Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped clinic with a focus on delivering high-quality dental services. The position requires proficiency in various dental procedures, excellent patient communication skills, and adherence to strict infection control protocols. We have a large client base with strong earning potential. Our support staff is outstanding and has been with the clinic for many years. They truly help create a great work environment. Responsibilities Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions. Conduct patient assessments to diagnose oral health issues and develop appropriate treatment plans. Utilize advanced dental technology such as Dental imaging and Medical documentation systems like Epic , Eaglesoft , Dentrix . Administer Root canal therapy , Prosthodontics , and Oral surgery procedures with precision and care. Apply Aseptic technique and maintain strict infection control standards in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options using clear Dental terminology . Collaborate with dental team members to ensure seamless patient care using Four-handed dentistry techniques. Maintain accurate and detailed Medical records and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards. Stay current with advancements in General dentistry , including updates in Endodontics , Pediatric dentistry , and other specialties as needed. Qualifications Valid state dental license with current credentials to practice as a General Dentist. Experience working in a busy dental clinic or dental office environment is highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in performing procedures such as Dental extractions , root canals, and restorations. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs compassionately and effectively. Knowledge of infection control protocols, sterilization techniques, and adherence to OSHA standards. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics.
