Reporting directly to the CFO, the Sr. Manager, FP&A will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and enhancing analytical tools to drive Healwell AI's financial performance and analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with departmental leaders across the organization, coordinating with local and global teams to drive financial analysis, planning and insight to aid in sound decision making. Along with FP&A, the successful candidate will provide key support for M&A activity and will be responsible for spearheading the development of reporting dashboards using MS Power BI and implementation of solutions to improve planning and analytics across multiple business units.

This role is well suited for someone who is a self-starter, good listener and a team player. The ideal candidate will be forward looking, exceptional with numbers, technically savvy and comfortable with coordinating projects in a multi-stakeholder, fast-paced environment with the highest attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the process for developing the annual consolidated budget, monthly forecasting along with long-term projections based on trends, organizational strategy and internation with cross functional departments.
  • Lead the process for forecasting liquidity and cash flows for the organization
  • Support the Leadership Team in identifying key metrics that tie back to financial performance and sustainable growth
  • Manage and coordinate the monthly process for variance explanations and internal variance reports for business units.
  • Implementation of Reporting Dashboards using Power BI to provide timely financial insights to business unit leaders across the organization
  • Key support for the organization's M&A activity.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and financial modelling where required to assist in management decision-making.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes and streamline budget and forecast cycles.
  • Work closely with Accounting during month end, summarize performance, and determine how results will impact future forecasts.

Professional Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of financial leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth software or technology company with an international presence and revenue exceeding US$100M.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; professional accounting designation (CA, CPA) or an MBA preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP; public company experience or IPO readiness is an asset.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, especially for M&A activities and integrating acquired businesses.
  • Proven ability to build and manage reporting dashboards for decision-making.
  • Adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex financial concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
