We specialize in Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and end-to-end migration services, delivering secure, scalable, and cost-optimized solutions for our customers.Role SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Microsoft Azure Engineer to join our Managed Services team. This role is critical in designing, implementing, and supporting Azure-based solutions for iVedha's customers, with a strong focus on Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), cloud migrations, and ongoing managed service operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAzure Architecture & DeploymentDesign and implement Azure infrastructure solutions, including VNets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, and governance policies.Lead Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployments, including FSLogix profile management, scaling, and performance tuning.Migration ProjectsPlan and execute on-premises to Azure migrations, including servers, applications, and data.Utilize tools like Azure Migrate, ASR, and third-party replication solutions for seamless cutovers.Migrate On-prem Exchange servers and workloads to M365 and Azure.Managed Services OperationsProvide L3 support for Azure environments, including proactive monitoring, patching, and incident resolution.Implement cost optimization strategies, tagging policies, and security baselines.Microsoft 365 & IdentitySupport Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) and integrate with Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Intune.Automation & ScriptingDevelop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Azure CLI for deployments and operational tasks.Customer EngagementAct as a technical SME during client workshops, migrations, and escalations.Document solutions, provide knowledge transfer, and mentor junior engineers.Required Skills & Experience7+ years in IT infrastructure roles, with 5+ years in Microsoft Azure.Proven experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployments and troubleshooting.Strong background in on-prem to Azure migrations (servers, apps, and data).Expertise in Windows Server administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO).Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Intune, and security/compliance features.Hands-on experience with PowerShell and Azure CLI scripting.Knowledge of Azure governance, cost optimization, and security best practices.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Nice-to-HaveCertifications: AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-140 (AVD), or equivalent.Experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC, Universal Print, and hybrid identity solutions.Exposure to DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform).Why Join iVedha?Work on enterprise-scale Azure projects across multiple industries.Be part of a Microsoft Gold Partner team with cutting-edge cloud expertise.Competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for certification sponsorship.How to ApplySend your resume to with the subject line:"Senior Microsoft Azure Engineer - Your Name "
