Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and validate electromechanical systems for automotive and EV applicationsWork on EV transmission systems, including actuators, sensors, and control subsystemsDevelop and integrate motors, inverters, and motor control systemsSelect, specify, and validate sensors, transducers, and actuatorsPractical knowledge in electrical and electronic analog and digital circuitsSupport wiring harness design and electrical panel layout, including documentationImplement and debug CAN bus communication (automotive protocols preferred)Familiar with embedded software for microcontroller-based systemsCollaborate with mechanical design and manufacturing teamsManage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks with strong project management disciplineSupport testing, debugging, root-cause analysis, and system optimizationRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry (EV experience strongly preferred)Software & ToolsProgramming: C / C++, PythonEngineering Tools: MATLAB / Simulink, LabVIEWExperience with embedded development, debugging tools, data logger and test automation is a plus
