Permanent Position: Liquor Store Manager No. of vacancies: 02 Start Date: As soon as possible Main Location: 6542 Victoria Drive, Vancouver, BC Canada, V5P3X9 Wage rate: $36.70 per hour for 37.5 hours per week Education: High School Experience: 1 to 3 years of previous retail sales experience will be an asset Language: English Job Duties: Maintain a mature and professional work environment Hiring, leadership and development of store staff in excellent customer service Ordering and maintaining all product levels for the store Maintain and monitor inventory and product sales Assist in the daily operations of the store Maintain a high daily operational standard Staffing issues which includes working with and training employees, scheduling, preparing, delegating or working with staff directly to ensure each task is completed in a timely manner and being the go between for staff and Management to relay messages as they are needed. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors operations on sales Working setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening or on weekends, if required.
