Client OverviewOur client, a leader in the e-commerce and retail space, is seeking a PIM Specialist to support the management, optimization, and syndication of product data across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone with strong PIM experience and hands-on knowledge of leading platforms like Salsify or Syndigo.Job OverviewThe PIM Specialist will manage product data, ensure accuracy and consistency across systems, and support the syndication of content to key retail partners. The ideal candidate has deep experience with Product Information Management systems and a strong understanding of e-commerce workflows.ResponsibilitiesManage, maintain, and optimize product data within the PIM systemEnsure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product attributes, metadata, and digital assetsUse Salsify or Syndigo to syndicate product content to retail partners and marketplacesCollaborate with e-commerce, marketing, product, and content teams to gather and update product informationTroubleshoot data discrepancies and support continuous data quality improvementsAssist with mapping product attributes for new product launches and seasonal updatesMonitor content readiness and ensure timely delivery across channelsQualifications3+ years of experience in Product Information Management (PIM)Hands-on experience with Salsify or Syndigo (required)Strong background in e-commerce, retail, or digital product contentExcellent attention to detail and data accuracyFamiliarity with product taxonomies, attributes, and digital asset standardsAbility to work cross-functionally and manage multiple prioritiesStrong organizational and communication skills
