ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESAchieve revenue and profitability targetsManage inventoryEnsure effective reporting to Food & Beverage Manager and communication to greater teamBuild a high functioning and positive team - Create the "WOW" experience for each guestContinuous improvement of guest and employee experiencesDevelop consistency within the Food & Beverage offerings, follow and improve standards based on guest needs and wantsDaily inspections on cleanliness and organizationTrain the team to see our outlets from a guest's perspectiveOn the spot guest service resolutionCreate proper service standards, procedures, key notes to work when greeting guests, pairing of food and wine, upselling, clearing, timing on tablesTeam scheduling; following labour guidelines from Food & Beverage ManagerEnsuring food quality is following the guidelines set out by Food & Beverage Manager and Executive ChefDaily reports on promos and guest feedbackWork as one unit with the Back of House - one team, one Food & Beverage departmentWork collaboratively with sales, marketing and group services in executing of eventsREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS1 year of experience in a leadership role2+ years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry - concentrating on high volumeDiploma/ Degree within Hospitality focusing in Food & Beverage is an assetExperience building relationships and working on teams across all levels of an organizationStrong experience in upscale and high volume restaurants and special event executionProven track record in maintaining a high level of organization on and off the floorEffective communicator and able to implement and uphold high service standardsDriven to fostering a team building environment and creating positive guest experiencesAn eye for detail and qualityShowing leadership in a positive, calm, consistent and focused manner About Us:We're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
