You will:Assist with the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of quality control systemsMonitor and assess production processes to maintain quality standards and boost customer satisfactionConduct internal audits, inspections, and contribute to audit readiness for external assessmentsInvestigate non-conformances and support corrective and preventive actionsWork closely with engineering, production, and other departments to resolve issues and strengthen quality outcomesMaintain detailed quality documentation-inspection records, audit reports, corrective actions, and morePrepare and present quality reports to leadershipSupport training initiatives related to quality systems, standards, and best practicesChampion a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the plantWork with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet specifications, including participation in supplier audits when requiredWhat You BringTechnologist/Technician Diploma in EngineeringExperience in a manufacturing environment (1-3 years ideal), automotive manufacturing experience is a strong assetUnderstanding of quality tools, quality systems, design output, metrology, and instrumentationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesCQE certification or progress toward one is considered an assetWorking ConditionsPrimarily based in a modern manufacturing environmentExposure to typical industrial conditions (noise, machinery, chemicals, etc.)Occasional travel to supplier locations or partner sitesWhat's in It for YouCompetitive extended health benefitsGroup RRSP matching programProfit Sharing PlanTeam appreciation lunches, events, and recognition programsEducation reimbursement to fuel your long-term career growthIf you're ready to build your career within a forward-thinking manufacturing group creating the future of mobility and advanced technology-apply today.
