In this role, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects across the region. You will manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and contracts while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that contribute to critical infrastructure and regional growth.Key Responsibilities Manage project planning, delivery, and commercial performance to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Lead by promoting a culture of safety and compliance Collaborate with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to achieve milestones and maintain strong relationships Implement project control systems and reporting procedures for continuous improvement Conduct project reviews, risk assessments, and provide financial and compliance reports to senior managementAbout You 10+ years proven experience in project leadership and commercial management within the construction industry Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction companies Strong understanding of Australian building codes, WHSEQ regulations, and industry standards Solid work tenure and proven career progression Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent Ability to obtain defence clearance and pass a pre-employment medicalWhat Will Set You Apart Demonstrated ability to deliver large, complex projects on time, within budget, and to strict quality and safety standards Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Aconex, or Procore Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities Commercial acumen and ability to drive project success through all phasesWhy Join Our Client?
