A Process Engineering Consultant with technical knowledge analyzes, designs, and optimizes industrial processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.Key responsibilities include Designing new processes, troubleshooting existing ones, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and ensure quality control. Requires strong analytical and technical skills, a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, and the ability to manage projects effectively Six Sigma Certification - Green or Yellow or Black is MUST and should be able to demonstrate the process implemented IT skills: Proficiency in relevant RPA software (UiPath, Blue Prism or Power Automate) and technology is essential. Technical and analytical skills: Strong understanding of engineering principles, with abilities in process simulation and data analysis. Problem-solving: Ability to identify complex problems and develop innovative and logical solutions. Proficiency in methodologies and project management principles to lead initiatives and organize work effectively Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance guidelines. Project management: Manage projects related to process improvement, including planning, execution, and integration of new processes.
