They are committed to responsive communication, technical excellence, and uncompromising service.Your New RoleWe are seeking an Electrical Project Manager/Estimator who can grow into a managerial, operations-focused role to support expanding Low Voltage (LV) project operations. Reporting to senior leadership, you will collaborate with project teams and field technicians to coordinate, estimate, and oversee LV systems installations in residential and commercial environments. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer relationship management, and leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. You will also play a key role in building client relationships to attract new work and strengthen long-term partnerships.What You'll Need to Succeed5+ years of experience in low voltage systems (residential or commercial)Strong background in installation, servicing, inspection, and maintenance of LV devices (panels, access control, intercoms, CCTV, networking, cabling)Experience with fire alarm systems considered an assetProven ability to estimate LV projects accurately and confidentlyLeadership skills with the ability to mentor junior staffCertifications such as Red Seal 309A, CFAA, WHMIS are an assetStrong organizational and communication skillsWhat You'll Get in ReturnThis is a rare opportunity to join a company with a clear path toward upper management.
