AyA's in house design professional's work with clients ranging from individual home owners to multi-national builders to create cabinetry solutions tailored to specific tastes and needs throughout the GTA and across Canada.We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Toronto Area Sales Manager to lead our GTA builder (single family and multi-family) and retail (custom home builder and renovation/ remodeling) sales team and to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in B2B sales, and expertise in developing strategic sales initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage key accounts, expand market presence, and contribute to the company's overall success through innovative sales strategies and excellent customer service.DutiesDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets across various marketsLead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivityCultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and industry engagementMaintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional account management and customer serviceConduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead of industry developmentsCollaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that support sales objectivesNegotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreementsProvide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior managementConduct sales meetings and performance reviews to assess progressSkills:Bachelors DegreeProven experience in Managing B2B salesStrong background in outside sales, business development, and account managementExperience in cabinet manufacturing or sales to residential construction an assetExcellent negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals effectivelyExceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationshipsAnalytical skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and develop strategic plansLeadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse sales teamSelf starter, proactive thinker and problem solverAbility to work under pressureStrong MS office skillsFamiliar withMust have own vehicle and valid driver's licenseBenefits:AyA offers a comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, vision, paramedical, life and AD&D, LTD, EAP, pension plan, onsite gym, subsidized cafetaria and free parkingCompensation:Compensation will be base pay plus bonus
