Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage the restaurants day-to-day financial records. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized, independent working environment and has experience in financial record keeping. Key Responsibilities: Record daily sales, expenses, and reconcile cash and POS reports Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable and receivable records Verify and code invoices, input transactions, and prepare payment schedules Monitor inventory purchases and coordinate with suppliers for payment follow-up Assist in preparing payroll-related records and maintaining statutory remittance schedules Support preparation of year-end financial statements and tax documents Maintain digital and physical filing systems for receipts, invoices, and tax-related records Qualifications: Completion of secondary school I mandatory Post-secondary diploma or certification in bookkeeping or related field is preferred Minimum two years of experience in bookkeeping or financial administration experience Strong time management, organization, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software Excellent attention to detail, time management, and confidentiality How to Apply: Please send your resume and a short cover letter to with subject line: Bookkeeper Application.
