We are currently looking to fill the position of Site Superintendent to work within our London, ON office.ABOUT THE ROLEStonerise Construction is looking for a Site Superintendent to be responsible to provide supervision of all site construction activities, as well as coordinate and supervise multiple stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed on time and on budget.AS THE SITE SUPERINTENDENT YOU WILL:Plan, schedule, organize, direct and control construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budgetSupervise the activities of the general labour force, subcontractors and subordinate staffPromote a safe work environment and ensuring all employees and trades work in a safe manner, following Stonerise's Safety program and relevant safety legislation and regulationWork closely with Project Management team to meet project targets and milestonesUpdate the master project schedule in conjunction with the Project Manager and project stakeholdersWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEEDUniversity of College Degree in Construction Management, Building Service or equivalent Superintendent - Proven experience in leading two full cycles as Site Superintendent on a residential development or a similar roleSr. Superintendent - Proven experience in leading full cycles as Sr or Site Superintendent on a residential development or a similar roleOutstanding leadership abilitiesExceptional attention to detailHard-working individualStrong decision-making skillsExcellent communicationAbility to work individually or in teams as and when requiredStrong work ethicsWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUCompetitive salaryGroup BenefitsFree on-site parkingCompany EventsEmployee Assistance ProgramWe offer a competitive salary, benefits package and the opportunity to be part of a vision that continuously raises the bar when it comes to quality, customer service, and workplace culture.
