We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and support our agile delivery teams as we transition a complex solution onto a modern web platform. This role requires strong experience delivering .NET-based projects and guiding teams through Agile frameworks, with a focus on high-quality, predictable delivery.You will facilitate all Agile ceremonies, coach teams on best practices, and work closely with technology and product stakeholders to maintain momentum and clarity throughout each sprint.Key Responsibilities:Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.Drive high-quality delivery across .NET projects, including migration to a web platform leveraging technologies such as WPF-to-Web, Blazor, and modern UI frameworks.Ensure strong sprint rhythms, predictable delivery cycles, and effective team collaboration.Use Azure DevOps or Jira to manage backlogs, track progress, and maintain transparency with stakeholders.Work closely with developers, product owners, and architects to identify dependencies, remove blockers, and improve team productivity.Champion Agile ways of working, continuous improvement, and iterative delivery.Support cross-functional collaboration during platform transition and modernisation efforts.Requirements:7+ years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.Proven track record delivering projects in .NET ecosystems, ideally involving platform transitions or modernisation.Experience supporting teams migrating legacy solutions (e.g., WPF) to modern web platforms such as Blazor.Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and practical application in fast-paced environments.Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jira for backlog and sprint management.Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.Ability to manage risks, resolve blockers, and drive continuous improvement across teams.Why Join Us:Play a key role in a major platform transformation project.Work with modern Microsoft technologies including Blazor and .NET 7+.Collaborate with talented engineering and product teams.Competitive salary and benefits, with flexible working options.Apply now to find out more about this exciting opportunity
