Construction ICI Project ManagerHead Office - Cambridge, OntarioSalary: Starting at $110,000 annually, with pay commensurate with experienceThe RoleTraugott Building Contractors Inc. is seeking an experienced and seasoned Construction ICI Project Manager to join our Eastern Division and oversee full-cycle projects across the GTA-including long-term care, residential, institutional, and commercial builds.With over 60 years of trusted partnerships in Ontario and beyond, Traugott is known for delivering quality construction through collaboration, innovation, and a people-first approach. In this role, you will lead impactful projects from pre-construction through occupancy, working alongside high-performing teams to shape communities and drive project excellence.If you're looking to elevate your career, take ownership of meaningful work, and grow within a respected, established builder-this is your opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesManage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and resources from pre-construction to occupancy.Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery.Implement and oversee cost control measures, change management processes, and risk mitigation strategies.Ensure full compliance with Ontario Building Code, OHSA, and Traugott's internal quality, safety, and operational standards.Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to Project Coordinators, Site Supervisors, and support staff; foster accountability and strong performance.Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.Contribute to process improvements, strategic initiatives, and continuous development within the Eastern Division.The CompanyAt Traugott, people matter.Our team brings entrepreneurial energy, creativity, and technical excellence to every project.
