We are passionate about delivering valuable insights, resources, and opportunities to buyers, investors, and real estate professionals.As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that supports Precondos products, services, and processes. This role is ideal for someone who can simplify complex information into accessible content for both technical and non-technical audiences.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, process manuals, and product descriptions.Translate complex real estate and technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand language.Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and marketing teams to gather information.Edit, proofread, and update content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity.Organize documentation in a logical, user-friendly structure.Ensure all materials align with Precondos brand tone and style guidelines.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field (preferred).2 3 years of proven experience as a technical writer, copywriter, or similar role.Strong ability to simplify and present complex information clearly.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.Familiarity with content management systems and documentation tools.Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and research skills.What We Offer:Competitive salary: $2,800 $3,500 USD/month.Flexible, fully remote work environment.Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling company.Collaborative and supportive team culture.How to Apply:Ready to take your career to the next level?
