Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, performance monitoring, and enforcing safety procedures when handling glass. Ensure accurate measurement, cutting, and order fulfillment of glass products according to customer specifications. Provide excellent customer service by advising customers on glass types, sizes, pricing, and safe handling. Maintain inventory levels of glass sheets, tools, and supplies; place orders and coordinate with vendors as needed. Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, equipment maintenance, and proper use of cutting tools and machinery. Handle sales transactions, pricing, quotes, invoicing, and basic reporting of daily sales and expenses. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail and workshop environment.
