Position Summary: The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and servers. This role will be required to install hardware and software and actively resolve problems and issues with computer and server systems to limit work disruptions within the company.Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities Performing consistent administration of our Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMWare/Hyper-V environments.Performing consistent administration of network switches, routers, and firewallsAssisting with development of infrastructure design and redundancy planning.Ensuring consistent Microsoft 365 administrationInstalling and upgrading network infrastructures (servers, networking devices, and firewalls)Performing data backups and recovery operationsProviding hardware and software support to local and remote usersMaintaining, configuring, and monitoring end-point protectionDiagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues that arise with various applications and systems while working to resolve themResearching and providing a recommendation for new hardware and software productsPurchasing and setting up new computers, computer peripherals, printers, and network equipmentCreating and maintaining technical documentation as well as onboarding of new usersMaintaining inventory of core IT supplies (printers, toners, peripherals, etc.)Supporting mobile devices such as iPhone and AndroidsTier 1 NetSuite Support (User Access, Basic troubleshooting)Support Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Scanners, and EDI connectivityProviding after-hours support as neededMaintaining door access system (FOB)Assist with designing and troubleshooting Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Automate Performing any other reasonable assignments given by the Department Management Education and/or Experience College or university degree Information Technology or related fieldMinimum 4 years' experience in computer networking and technical support or related work experienceAbility to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines Ability to thrive in a team as well as work independently Proficient in effectively managing own time and scheduleKeen eye for detailOrganized, reliable, and highly dedicatedPossesses a high tolerance for stress and the ability to remain calm under pressureAbility to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environmentMust have the willingness and ability to take initiativeTechnical SkillsExperience with Microsoft Power PlatformWindows Server and Active DirectoryExperience with VMware ESXi or Hyper-VExperience with NetSuite or similar ERPExperience with scripting languages like Python and PowershellInterest in using AI/LLMs to automate administrative scripting and workflows (Replit, n8n, Claude)Knowledge of EDI and manufacturing/distribution operations an assetOther QualificationsAbility to travel to other Multy locations as required. Valid passport & ability to travel to USA locations.
