We value people who take ownership, build durable systems, and elevate how teams operate together.Role OverviewThis role is responsible for leading commercial execution across inside sales and marketing systems. You will align inside sales activity with digital marketing programs to drive recurring engineered sales and improve consistency, visibility, and follow-through across our sales channels.You will guide a team of Inside Sales Engineers (ISEs), strengthen how customers engage with Dynamix, and ensure our engineered solutions are supported by effective marketing automation and sales processes. This is a leadership role focused on direction, structure, and execution-not administrative system management.The objective: build predictable, repeatable revenue through disciplined sales execution supported by marketing and automation.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial & Inside Sales LeadershipProvide leadership, coaching, and performance management for Inside Sales Engineers and application-focused sales resourcesStrengthen collaboration between inside sales, outside sales, engineering, and manufacturingDrive recurring revenue across OEM, distribution, and end-user channelsEstablish expectations for response time, discovery quality, and clean handoffs to manufacturingLead regular pipeline reviews and enforce consistent opportunity standardsSales & Marketing Systems AlignmentOwn how leads move from marketing into sales and back through the funnelEnsure follow-up, qualification, and documentation standards are consistently appliedPartner with marketing to shape inbound, outbound, and nurture programs that support sales executionImprove visibility, accountability, and process discipline through CRM and automation toolsQualifications5+ years leading or managing sales teams in an industrial, technical, or B2B environmentProven ability to coach sales professionals and enforce structured cadences and accountabilityExperience working alongside marketing teams and CRM-driven sales processesUnderstanding of long-cycle, engineered or solutions-based sellingExperience working with rep and distribution channelsClear communicator who builds processes-and ensures they are followedWhy Join DynamixDirect impact in a growing, engineering-driven businessOpportunity to shape how sales and marketing operate togetherHigh ownership, high trust, and meaningful visibility with leadershipCompetitive compensation in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
