As a nurse (RN/ RPN) at CBI Home Health, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that uses an integrated and collaborative approach to service delivery. What you will need to be successful
Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing
Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
Proof of negative TB test and professional liability insurance
Standard First Aid & CPR, Level C
Ability to travel from home to home within the community- a valid driver's license, vehicle and car insurance is required for this role
Travel required in East Wellington rural communities such as Rockwood, Mapleton, Minto, Drayton & Mount Forest
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to communicate in French or other languages is considered an asset
