In achieving this vision, the Faculty is guided by values of integrity, respect, equity and diversity Your opportunity:Reporting to the Manager of Customer Experience, the Customer Experience Representative is responsible for working cooperatively, in a team environment to deliver a high level of customer service to all current and potential members of Sport and Recreation. The incumbent's role is to project a positive, welcoming, and professional image at all times, representing the Faculty in an inclusive manner and to provide fast, efficient, and friendly customer service. Must have the ability to work evenings, weekends and weekdays.Your responsibilities will include:Using Fusion recreation management software system for membership sales, program registration, towel and locker sales and other transactionsProviding detailed information on program and/or course eligibility requirements, procedures, policies and deadlinesTroubleshooting and resolving routine issuesDisseminating informationApplying established standards when responding to emergenciesServing as a resource to others by providing (non-supervisory) job-related guidanceEssential Qualifications:Advanced College Diploma (3 years) or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.Minimum three years experience working in a front-desk customer service focused role in an athletic facilityMinimum one year processing transactions on Fusion recreation management software, including Point-of-Sale, registrations, scheduling and reportingExperience working with the public in a high volume, fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher) and Adobe Acrobat is requiredStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to exercise tact, diplomacy and discretionStrong conflict resolution skillsDisplays good judgementStrong customer service focusStrong knowledge of the Faculty's Intramural, Intercollegiate, Instruction, Junior Blues, and Camp U of T programs and proceduresTo be successful in this role you will be:ApproachableCommunicatorIntuitiveMulti-taskerOrganizedProblem solverTeam player Closing Date: 12/10/2025, 11:59PM ETEmployee Group: USW Appointment Type: Budget - Term ending August 2026Schedule: Full-Time: Wednesday - Sunday, 12:30 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.Pay Scale Group & Hiring Zone:USW Pay Band 07 $60,237. with an annual step progression to a maximum of $77,035.
