What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive patient care, including medication dispensing and counseling.
Support specialty pharmacy programs, such as Home Monitoring, to enhance patient outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver personalized care plans.
What We're Looking For:
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive problem-solver who can support the pharmacy manager and team.
Adaptability to changing work environments and the unique needs of our pharmacy.
Prior experience as a Pharmacist is preferred but not required. New grads are welcome.
Key Requirements:
Must be registered and in good standing with the BC College of Pharmacists.

Remuneration: Starting at $48 per Hour: Competitive pay with potential for higher rates based on your experience and qualifications.
