This team works closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality B2B capabilities and drive operational efficiency.Must-Have Skills:• 8+ years as a Business Analyst in B2B, retail, eCommerce, or product engineering environments• Strong experience gathering and documenting business, functional & technical requirements• Proven ability to partner with PMs, engineers, QA, and business teams• Solid understanding of SDLC & Agile• Experience with process flows, wireframes & data mapping• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet & Power BI• Strong analytical, communication & stakeholder-management skills• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations & architecture concepts (asset)Responsibilities:• Partner with Product Managers to gather, clarify & prioritize B2B requirements• Translate needs into clear deliverables for developers & project teams• Support end-to-end delivery to ensure alignment with business goals• Analyze processes, identify gaps & recommend improvements
