The Opportunity This role is ideal for an experienced shop leader and/ or fleet maintenance supervisor looking for long-term stability and professional growth. You'll lead a dedicated team of licensed mechanics, apprentices, and wash bay staff - ensuring our fleet stays road-ready and compliant. Fleet Maintenance Supervisor Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate your shift team to achieve operational targets and safety standards.Assign, schedule, and review repair and inspection work across the fleet.Support and coach mechanics in troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and drivetrain issues.Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are met in accordance with MTO and company standards.Oversee accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, and safety checks.Maintain shop organization, safety compliance, and equipment readiness.Collaborate with Dispatch and Operations to ensure bus availability and minimize downtime.Promote positive labour relations and uphold CBA standards in all interactions.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and communication.
