Position Overview:

As an E-commerce Sales Support Champion, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer sales support by helping our customers purchase more effectively, introducing them to a wide range of products and offers, and providing technical support on our e-commerce platforms. This isn't just any service and support role - it's an opportunity to be at the forefront of a highly innovative and transformative initiative, where your expertise will directly influence our customers' success and help to build a strong and profitable online sales channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver unparalleled customer sales and technical support through various channels including chat, email, and phone.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information to guarantee a seamless shopping experience.
  • Identify opportunities to sell our customers more items and categories to help them be successful by offering them companion products, innovations and own-brand alternatives.
  • Convert current manual orders to e-commerce orders by hand holding the customer if required.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions to ensure seamless user experience on digital platforms.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to convey feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the success of the pilot project.
  • Meet monthly targets to ensure that pilot program is growing at a consistent rate.
  • Learn new tools and technology and provide feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced customer service representative; interest in business development
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
