Digital Channel Sales Supervisor

As a Digital Channel Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervise and leading the sales activities for our digital. Your main objective will be to identify growth opportunities to expend our sales channel on digital platforms. You will play a vital role to future proof our business so we can continue the positive growth we have seen so far. Responsibilities: - Supervise the sales staff for digital sales channels across mainstream and ethnical channels. - Hire and train for new sales member to get them onboard as soon as possible. - Collect market intelligence to stay on trend for any emerging digital sales channels among various ethnic group, and map the channels with company supply, provide sourcing and production recommendation to drive future sales growth - Identify sales opportunities among emerging digital channels, i.e. Chinese-Canadian E-commerce platform like HongMall, Little Red Book and assign the right sales representative accordingly to drive sales progression - Establish proper process with all digital channels to minimize supply shortages - Handle customer requests and complaints at a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction - Prepare reports regarding sales volumes and provide sales forecast to guide sourcing and production activities. Job Requirements: - College diploma in Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 7 months experience in sales, business development. Proven experiences / success on digital channel is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
