You'll be a central point of contact between the construction site, the office, and all stakeholders, actively contributing to performance goals and client satisfaction. Track and document site journals Monitor dans update schedules (using MS Project) Participate in workforce planning for the site Update change directives Communicate with various project stakeholders Review project contractual documents Read plans and specifications Ensure communication and documentation flow between the site and the office Conduct quality follow-ups and site supervision Perform other related tasks What you'll need : Knowledge of the construction industry, especially formwork (an asset) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite A valid driver's license Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships General health and safety training for construction sites Dynamism and leadership One meeting with us youd you'll be won over
