Job Title: Network Engineer LeadJob Type: Permanent full timeLocation: 3 days onsiteOverview: We are seeking a Network Engineer Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and support of enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. This role combines hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of network systems that support business-critical applications at enterprise level.Key Responsibilities:-Lead the planning, design, and deployment of enterprise network solutions, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN.-Oversee the operations and maintenance of LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud-based network environments to ensure optimal uptime and performance.-Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the network engineering team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.-Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver scalable and secure connectivity solutions.-Develop and implement network automation and configuration management using tools such as Ansible or Terraform.-Manage network capacity planning, performance tuning, and incident resolution.Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).-8-12 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.-Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or equivalent network technologies.-Deep understanding of routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS).-Experience with network security, firewall administration, and VPN technologies.-Proficiency in cloud networking (Azure) and hybrid architectures.-Familiarity with SD-WAN, SASE, and modern connectivity frameworks.-Experience with network monitoring and automation tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Ansible, Terraform, etc.).-Relevant certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or PCNSE are strong assets.Interested?
