Role-SharePoint Senior DeveloperLocation- Mississauga, ON, or Vancouver, BC (Hybrid)Job Type: ContractJob Description:We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Senior Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-level SharePoint solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint development, integration, and workflow automation, along with proven client-facing experience to manage and support projects effectively. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint portals, libraries, and workflows. Implement and configure SharePoint connectors and integrations with third-party systems. Build and customize SharePoint sites and applications to meet business requirements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint environments. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure compliance with best practices for SharePoint architecture, security, and performance. Participate in project planning, documentation, and deployment activities. Required Skills & Expertise SharePoint Development: Strong experience with SharePoint Online/On-Premises, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and custom solutions. Libraries & Workflows: Expertise in document libraries, content types, and workflow automation (Power Automate or SharePoint Designer). Integration & Connectors: Hands-on experience integrating SharePoint with external systems using APIs, connectors, and middleware. Portal Development: Ability to design and build intuitive, user-friendly SharePoint portals. Client Interaction: Excellent communication skills with experience in client-facing roles and project support. Technical Stack: Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST API, and PowerShell scripting. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform). Knowledge of SharePoint administration and governance. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
