What You'll Be Doing Managing commercial roofing projects from planning to completion Coordinating schedules, labour, materials, and subcontractors Monitoring project progress, quality, safety, and budget impacts Supporting estimating activities, takeoffs, and bid preparation Communicating with clients, consultants, vendors, and field teams Conducting site visits, inspections, and progress assessments Preparing project documentation, reports, and closeout packages Ensuring crews have the information, materials, and support required for reliable and high-quality execution Leading by example, championing excellence, respect, integrity, quality, teamwork, and reliability. Modeling our safety culture, following all company and regulatory safety requirements.
