BC. Principle duties and responsibilities include:Excel ExpertiseDevelop, enhance, and maintain sophisticated Excel-based tools, leveraging advanced techniques such as VBA, Python, and macrosStrong expertise in VBA, Python, Excel Macros, etc. as primary developing toolsDesign and implement data models, templates, and automation to streamline workflows and improve accuracyAnalyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and summariesImplement quality control and data validation measuresPower BICreate, develop, and manage interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BIEnsure reports are optimized for performance and provide meaningful insights for decision-makingDesign, build, and manage interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Power BIOptimize Power BI reports for performance and scalabilitySharePointServe as a proficient SharePoint user, capable of creating and managing SharePoint sites, document libraries, and workflowsFacilitate seamless collaboration by organizing and maintaining content in SharePointAct as a power user to develop user-friendly solutions for team collaboration and process improvementEnsure secure and organized storage of critical documents and reportsCollaboration & CommunicationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate into effective data solutionsProvide training and technical support to stakeholders on Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint toolsProcess EnhancementIdentify opportunities to improve existing processes and toolsSupport ongoing enhancements to existing Excel-based tools and other business-critical systemsWork closely with lululemon's application solution architects, data scientists, and data engineering teams to develop Excel-based and BI solutions, enhance and/or define new data integrations and/or modelling effortsMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for the deployed solutionsGenerate ad-hoc data analysis utilizing Power BI, R, Python, Excel, and/or other tools
