Job Title: Financial Operations Analyst French SpeakingLocation: Montreal, QC, Canada (Hybrid or Remote within Canada)Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)Daily Rate: $Market/Day CAD all inclusiveSummary:Were looking for a Financial Operations Analyst with a strong finance background and fluency in French to support process evaluation and system migration initiatives for a boutique wealth management firm ( $1B AUM).This role focuses on understanding, documenting, and improving operational workflows no coding or technical skills required. Youll assess current processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and map workflows to align with D1G1T capabilities.Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and document current financial operations and workflows. Analyze processes across:o Invoicingo Tradingo Portfolio Managemento Client Reporting and Annual Performance Reviewso Client Portal Compare current state vs. future state operations under D1G1T. Support migration planning and process improvements. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders in English and French.Key Skills: Financial Operations & Process Analysis Wealth / Portfolio Management Client Reporting & Performance Review Invoicing & Trading Operations Business Process Mapping French & English Communication System Migration Support Stakeholder ManagementTeam & Scope: Small, focused team of 15 professionals $1B Assets Under Management (AUM) Hands-on role shaping operational improvements and migration success
