The Role:
- The Senior M&A Analyst will report to the VP of M&A
- Support M&A strategy development and execution
- Conduct valuations, due diligence, financial analysis, and commercial contract negotiations
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end M&A execution and deal structuring
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Provide recommendations based on analysis
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare presentations and review financial dashboards
Background, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 1-3 years of finance/accounting experience
- CFA or CPA certification is a plus
Must Have:
- Fluency in French
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in contract negotiations
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
