Express Employment Professionals Calgary South is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our reputable global equipment manufacturer and supplier client located in South East Calgary.

Join a dynamic team that prioritizes teamwork, innovation, and exemplary customer relations.

In this role, you will be integral in assisting customers through the sales order process, building strong client relationships, and ensuring client issues are identified and addressed.

Collect customer contact information and enter into CRM.
Provides feedback and technical assistance to various customer inquiries and issues such as order
changes, cancellations, status, estimated shipping date and tracking information.
Performs other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position

Demonstrated 2 years of experience in a comparable role, showcasing proficiency in customer service practices.
Call center experience considered an asset.
Proficient typing skills to expedite order entry processes efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
Computer proficiency with MS Excel and CRM platform.
Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
In office position located in the SE of Calgary
