Relevant de la direction générale et à titre de membre de l'équipe-cadre, la personne titulaire du poste est chargée d'étudier la possibilité de créer des initiatives et de les évaluer, en veillant à ce qu'elles correspondent à la vision et à la mission de l'organisme. Elle utilise une approche centrée sur la personne qui permet à l'organisme de concevoir un modèle de soins primaires fondé sur des données et de se placer à l'avant-garde de la prestation de services novateurs en vue d'assurer la viabilité de ces services.
Le poste est axé sur la mise en œuvre de nouvelles initiatives à l'égard des soins, des services, de l'amélioration continue des processus, du plan opérationnel et du rapport sur les indicateurs découlant de ce plan et de ceux mis en place par l'Office régional de la santé de Winnipeg (ORSW).
Superviser la personne gestionnaire de projet ainsi qu'une personne adjointe administrative.
Se tenir au courant des approches provinciales, du plan provincial de services cliniques et préventifs et des normes établies.
Superviser la préparation des volets pertinents des budgets de fonctionnement une fois que la direction générale les a approuvés.
Exécuter toute autre tâche jugée pertinente par la direction générale.

Études postsecondaires avancées dans les domaines de la gestion de la santé, du commerce ou autre domaine pertinent.
Désignation de professionnel de gestion de projet (PMP) un atout.
Diplôme d'études universitaires supérieures dans le domaine de la livraison de services de santé un atout.
Leadership et compétences en gestion du changement.
Capacité d'agir comme mentor et accompagnateur auprès d'une équipe et de la personne gestionnaire de projet.
Connaissance du programme Excel.
Capacité de planifier et d'organiser une lourde charge de travail et de faire preuve de souplesse pour gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
Facilité de communication écrite et orale, en français et en anglais.
Capacité d'interpréter des états financiers et expérience dans l'élaboration et la gestion de budgets.

Centre de santé offers primary health care services in both official languages to the French-speaking population of Winnipeg and to the residents of St. Working under the general supervision of the Executive Director and as part of the leadership team, the Director of Innovation is responsible for studying and assessing potential new initiatives and ensuring that these are consistent with the vision and mission of the organization. The incumbent uses a people-centered approach that enables the organization to design a data-driven primary care model and to place itself at the forefront of innovative service delivery to ensure the long-term sustainability of these services.
The position is focused on the implementation of new initiatives involving care, services, continuous process improvement, the operational plan and reporting of indicators arising from this plan and those introduced by the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA).
Supervise the Project Manager.
Oversee the preparation of relevant components of operating budgets when approved by the Executive Director.
Establish and maintain relationships with community networks in partnership with Centre de santé.
Model compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, standards and external legislative, regulatory, accreditation and applicable professional requirements.
Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the Executive Director.

Extensive experience in the development and implementation of operational and strateegic plans, process evaluation and continuous process improvement to create an effective, positive and healthy environment.
Administrative and financial experience considered an asset.
Advanced post-secondary education in health management, business or other relevant field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation considered an asset.
Postgraduate university degree in the field of health service delivery considered an asset.
Leadership and change management skills.
Ability to mentor and coach a team and the Project Manager.
Comfortable with Excel.
Ability to plan and organize a heavy workload and be flexible to manage a number of projects at the same time.
Fluent written and oral communication, in French and English.
Ability to interpret financial statements and experience in developing and managing budgets.
