We are looking for a Manager Pricing CoE, PA&A to play a key strategic role in the BRP parts, accessories and apparel portfolio management in a dynamic and passionate team. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • The pricing leader will partner with the product managers and management to develop and enact competitive pricing strategies and manage prices to maximize sales and profitability
  • Use market data, financials and competitive benchmark to monitor if business strategies are competitive while maximizing profitability
  • Establish pricing best practices for systems and governance
  • Create and present strategic analysis to senior leaders and influence decision-making
  • Manage end-to-end pricing processes including planning, review and approvals, system inputs and internal controls
  • Identify trends and opportunities
  • Support projects and initiatives that require a pricing expertise

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Relevant degree fields such as in business administration, economics or statistics
  • An MBA, MA in economics or MS in business intelligence is considered an asset
  • Experience in team management is mandatory
  • Experience in pricing, product management or financial analysis
  • Highly analytical and collaborative disposition. Curious and eager to learn
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented who is able to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage priorities and expectations of multiple partners at different levels in the organization
  • Ability to influence and motivate others at all levels of the organization, successfully build and manage relationships with partners and colleagues and work in a matrix environment with multiple functional areas
  • Strong technical skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SQL and/or Power BI is considered an asset
  • Passion and curiosity of BRP products and understanding of its competitive environment
  • Knowledge of the powersports and/or automotive industry is considered an asset.
