Truck It Personnel is looking for a Rail Clerk for their Concord Transportation Company.

Requirements/Description:

Oversee rail operation and administrative support team.
Coordinate with departments to ensure all freight movements are on time.
Foster drayage fleet activity to maximize productivity and efficiencies.
Collaborate and work effectively with related terminal functions, in particular dispatch activities.
Perform to meet automated KPI's.
RV utilization, requirements, cancellations.
Oversee rail equipment requirements for both rails (ensure Impex orders are booked); ensure timely loading of units to reduce detention from rail.

Requirements:

Minimum: High school diploma with related industry experience, Degree strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft products: Excel, Word, Outlook.
Ability to multitask while interacting with others in a fastpaced environment.
Incumbent must be organized and able to understand transportation rules and regulations.
Incumbent must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to multitask in a fast pace environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Transportation Knowledge (A MUST).
