Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales and trade spend analysis to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing revenue and profitability.
  • Perform margin analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in product pricing, cost structures, and promotion design.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze financial data and performance metrics related to various areas of the business, including cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management to facilitate strategic decisionmaking.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure accurate financial planning and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for scenario analysis and business forecasting.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial and operational performance.
  • Support the business in adhoc projects and special assignments as needed.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 12 years of postuniversity experience in financial analysis or a related field.
  • CPA certification (or in progress) is a plus but not required
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel is required. Experience with SQL a plus.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Experience in inventory management, margin analysis, and costing is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
