EDEA 242 Cultural Skills 1
Éducation artistique : Développement des compétences et des connaissances indigènes dans les domaines de l'art, de la musique, de l'artisanat et d'autres domaines à la fois modernes et traditionnels. Les sujets varient et sont choisis parmi une gamme identifiée par les instructeurs et les étudiants.

Semaine 1 & 3 : T, W & R, 9h-12h et 13h30-16h ;
Semaine 2 (sur terre) : T & R, 9h-12h
Lieu : Ouje Bougoumou (Mistissini, Waswanipi), Québec. Voyage requis et pris en charge par le département.

Qualifications requises pour enseigner (TQR):

Expérience
- Connaissance approfondie du contenu du cours tel qu'il est décrit dans la description du cours
- Connaissance du Programme de formation de l'école québécoise (PFEQ) et du curriculum de la commission scolaire partenaire avec laquelle ce cours est donné en collaboration.
- Familiarité avec les 13 compétences professionnelles spécifiées par le ministère de l'Éducation.
- Expérience en tant qu'enseignant, administrateur ou consultant dans la commission scolaire partenaire pour laquelle ce cours est donné.
- Expérience de l'enseignement dans le système scolaire primaire du Québec
- Expérience antérieure réussie de l'enseignement de cours similaires à des enseignants en formation initiale
- Expérience antérieure réussie de l'enseignement de cours similaires dans les communautés autochtones.

L'Université peut, à sa discrétion, désigner une personne de son choix pour donner ce cours/enseignement.
Veuillez noter que, si les directives gouvernementales le permettent, il est prévu que la plupart des cours seront donnés en personne. Si les restrictions gouvernementales interdisent l'enseignement en personne, les cours seront enseignés à distance. Dans l'éventualité d'un tel changement, les chargés de cours en seront informés sans délai. Les chargés de cours peuvent être amenés à préparer et à fournir du matériel pédagogique adapté à un environnement d'enseignement à distance/en ligne en utilisant une plateforme d'apprentissage virtuel (par exemple, Zoom, WebEx) et le système de gestion de l'apprentissage MyCourses de McGill. Une formation et une assistance sur l'enseignement à distance sont disponibles auprès des services d'enseignement et d'apprentissage (TLS). Les chargés de cours sont encouragés à enregistrer leurs cours.
L'Université McGill est une université de langue anglaise où la plupart des activités d'enseignement et de recherche se déroulent en anglais, ce qui exige une communication en anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
