As a Smoothie Bar Server, a typical day might include the following:

  • Welcoming all members and guests and taking their orders
  • Entering orders into point of sale, receive and process transactions
  • Preparing handcrafted, hot and cold coffee and tea beverages tailored to clients specific orders
  • Educating members and guests on the menu and making recommendations
  • Answer questions regarding the menu, ingredients etc.
  • Maintain inventory and replenish supplies
  • Work alongside colleagues in a team environment
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and seating areas
  • Comply with health and safety regulations

To land this role you need to h
ave;

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a quick service environment
  • Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts
  • Friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to outstanding customer service
  • Tidy and selfdisciplined
  • Detailedoriented and passionate about product quality
  • Postsecondary education relating to the health and fitness industry and additional certifications or workshops relating to customer service are an asset
  • CPR/First Aid certification (required to have a minimum of Emergency First Aid and CPR certification) required prior to start date and must be maintained throughout employment. CPR is to be renewed annually
  • All team members must provide a recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work
