What you'll do:
Reporting to the HABS Commodity Manager, the Hardware Manager is responsible for: To prepare and administer team member scheduling, processing of claims, invoices and paperwork in a timely/accurate manner To prepare, administer and be responsible for the sales, margin, expenses and inventory of the Hardware department Prepare and ensure inventory ordering, purchasing and maintenance on all products inbound and outbound. Directly lead the hardware team in such a manner as to ensure they are safe, effective and efficient throughout their daily activities Adhering to Boundary Co-op's and FCL's merchandising and safety standards and practices.
